I am getting an "Invalid User" error when I try to access the training program I bought

Our system is fully email-based. This error typically occurs when the email address on your account has been changed to one that doesn’t match the email used to purchase the program.


To resolve this, you can either update your account back to the original purchase email or contact support@smbcap.com to request a change to your login credentials.
