When you first join Discord, you’ll need to complete Discord’s own verification process by confirming your email address and phone number. This step is required by Discord and is not related to our platform.
Once that’s done, you’ll also need to verify your access within our server so we can confirm you’re an SMB trainee. To complete this step:
- Go to the #email-verification channel in the left-side menu
- Click the blue “Start Email Verification” button (GateOn verification)
- Enter the email address associated with your SMB account (this may be different from your Discord email)
After submitting your verification, please contact @robertclaro or @rosemendez on Discord, or email us at support@smbcap.com, requesting access to the appropriate channels. Be sure to include your Discord username in your message.
